Pork Chops
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2-3 small to medium pork chops
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic
- 2-3 cups of chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 cup broth from pork chops
- 1/2 cup milk
- salt and pepper
Boneless pork chops work best in the instant pot - if you decide to go bone in you are going to have to double your cooking time
Don’t stack your pork. If you are like me and use a mini pot you will probably only be able to cook about 2 chops at a time. You want all the chops to be able to be covered and sit at the bottom of the pot.
Allow for a natural release for about 10 minutes after then do a manual release.
