I made this dip out of necessity.
This summer I tried growing jalapenos for the first time. I surpassed my expectations….They just kept on coming and I had to find something to do with them. One of my good friends always used to throw this dip together for parties so I thought I would give it a try and put a Potatoes and Pearls spin on it.
This dip is so creamy and light and honestly I couldn’t stop eating it. Check out the video below on this dip!
Jalapeno Popper Dip (Using The Instant Pot Blender)
- 8 oz Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Jalapenos Chopped
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 cup shredded Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 cup Bread Crumbs
