This past weekend my air conditioning went out…..it was in the ’90s all weekend…
When the air goes out it means limited cooking because you don’t want to add to the heat. No oven and avoiding my gas stove as much as possible. But, I also don’t want a bunch of microwave food either. So I pull out my good ol’ Instant Pot. I love seafood – especially in the summer – so I’m making one of my favorites….shrimp and grits! The shrimp is seasoned with Old Bay and the grits are savory, made with milk and chicken broth. Check out the video below and see how I make this dish.
