Creamy Tortellini Soup with Turkey

Hey Y’all –

I know I am posting this in spring….and I know soup is normally a winter food BUT, no one said that you only had to make soup in the winter. I have some soups I like to eat anytime. This tortellini soup is one of them. This, to me, is an anytime soup. It’s easy to throw together and full of veggies. it doesn’t overfill me but it’s a full meal. Check out my video below on how I make this soup.
