I have never made biscuits from scratch. I’ve made canned biscuits plenty of times, but straight from scratch…NOPE.
During my Self Distancing, I am trying new things – no reason to say I don’t have time. But, I still found a way to make this easier and save time 🙂 Now, I did a no yeast biscuit to be clear. some people make their biscuits with yeast. These are made with baking powder, which is the traditional way. The cheat I use is the bread machine….I use the bread machine to work the dough. Check out my video below to see how it’s done. 3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon banking powder
1 tablespoon honey
6 tablespoon butter (cold)
1 cup cold milk (I used almond milk)
