Hey, y’all –
Thanksgiving is always a busy time for me. I normally do all the cooking cause that’s what I do….cook.
I know the focus should be the turkey but my favorite is the sides. Honestly, if people didn’t expect a turkey, it would be a meal of sides. Besides my grandma’s veggie casserole, I love stuffing. If you are in a rush Stove Top comes in handy (I always add something extra to it). But, homemade is the best…..THE BEST. Some people bake it in the oven but during the holidays I need all the oven space I can get. The slow cooker is my best friend when it comes to making stuffing. Dump and go. In the video below I show you how to make stuffing in the slow cooker – BUT – I use Hawaiian rolls. Yes – that’s right – everyone’s favorite bread.
