I’m back with another Instant Pot recipe. Since coming back from vacation I have been busy. Trying to do better at work, with my content, and everything in between. Making my instant pot meals have been perfect so I can throw things together and keep them moving.
I am always trying to eat more veggies. So this week I threw together some vegetable lo mein. No meat but full of veggies! This super simple recipe can be thrown together at the last minute and you have a filling vegetarian meal. You can always add chicken or beef if you would like. Or use this as a side to any meal.
