This is one of my favorite things to do with crescent rolls. And spinach and cheese are two of my favorite foods, so it’s really a win-win all around. Even though in the video below I use butter, onions, spinach, and cheese you can really add whatever you want. Don’t like onions? Use olives! Don’t want that much butter? Replace it with a little tomato sauce! This flexible snack is good for a last-minute throw-together. About 30 minutes and you are done. Spinach and Cheese “Hot Pockets”
Ingredients
- 1 tube of Pillsbury crescent rolls
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella
Instructions
- 375 degrees for 11 minutes
