Over the past few years, I have on again and off again subscribed to Blue Apron Boxes. I have tried other boxes (Hello Fresh) but I didn’t really care for them. I have had some hits and misses with Blue Apron as well but, they always seem to have a good variety of meals and they are flexible with their service which is perfect for me. In the video below I sum up the good and bad I feel about Blue Apron, give you a little background and show you the process to cook all three meals that came in my box last week.
