Egg Rolls | How to make egg rolls in the air fryer

Below I have a quick video about making egg rolls in the air fryer! Way healthier than a deep fryer or getting them from your local takeout. (And really easy!) Check out my video below and don’t forget to subscribe to my YouTube channel!

Egg Rolls in the Air Fryer

Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup Cabbage, Chopped
  • 3/4 Cup Carrots, Chopped
  • 4 oz Petite (tiny) Shrimp I use Canned
  • 7 oz Bean Sprouts About 1/2 can
  • Egg Roll Wrappers
  • salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil

Instructions

  • Wash all vegatables
  • Mix cabbage and carrots together set aside
  • Season shrimp with salt pepper and olive oil, set aside
  • To an egg roll wrapper, in the middle, add a small handful of cabbage/carrot mix
  • Add to wrapper about 2 tablespoons of the shrimp mix
  • Add a small handful of bean sprouts to the wrapper
  • Roll the wrapper to seal in the mixture. Use water on the edges of the wrapper to make sure sides stay sealed
  • Put egg rolls in air fryer spaced apart and brush with olive oil on both sides
  • Set the air fryer to 350 and cook the egg rolls for 6 minutes on each side, serve
