Wonton Soup

Ingredients

  • 32 oz chicken stock low sodium
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 12 oz mini wontons - I use trader joes, frozen
  • 1 1/2 - 2 cups Kale fresh
  • 1/2 cup chopped white onions
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 3/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  • On medium-High Stir together chicken stock and soy sauce together
  • Add wontons and kale to the hot broth mixture and stir to distribute thought out the broth
  • Add onions, garlic, carrots and sesame oil and stir to mix and distribute
  • Let cook on medium-low for 15 - 20 minutes
  • Serve
