  • 9 oz shortbread cookies
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 8 oz packs of cream cheese
  • 14 oz condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • optional - 1/4 cup lemon curd
