Summer’s coming fast! And while we’re all daydreaming about beach days, iced coffee dates, and that golden-hour glow, sometimes we need to pause for a second.

Because if we’re rolling into summer already burnt out, overwhelmed, or mentally still stuck in winter—how are we supposed to actually enjoy it?

It’s not too late to reset. Here are 5 super doable mindfulness practices to start now—so when summer hits, you’re glowing from the inside and out 🌞✨


🌿 1. Morning Moments: Don’t Touch Your Phone Yet!

Before you doom-scroll yourself into a stress spiral, give yourself five minutes when you wake up. That’s it.
