Hey Y’all –
During this time of being locked in the house, like everyone else, I started baking things that I normally don’t. I have had this recipe for pound cake sitting in my dining room for years from my Bigmom (Grandmother) and I decided to make the cake.
I remember getting these in the mail when I was a child. She would ship them all the way from Mississippi and they would always be delish. It wasn’t till adulthood that I realized the cake has 3 sticks of butter which was probably the reason why it tasted so good. 🙂

Ingredients used:
3 stick unsalted butter
3 cups sugar
3 cups flour
6 eggs – separated
8oz cream cheese
1 tablespoon vanilla
