For some reason this past week I wanted turkey breast. Like, Thanksgiving turkey breast. Really, I wanted Thanksgiving but it’s springtime so that’s weird.
My last Crock-Pot “Sunday Dinner” video went over pretty well so I decided to keep it going. In the video below I show you how I make my Crock-pot turkey breast (and even get the skin brown without using the oven). I also show you my instant pot mashed potatoes. Crock-pot Turkey Breast with Instant Pot Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
- 8 lbs turkey
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 3/4 cup celery
- 6 Tbs butter
- 1 Tbs garlic
- 2 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp basil
- 2 tsp rosemary
- salt
- 4 medium/large potatoes
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
