One of the things that have been keeping me sane during this time is making hearty Sunday dinners. Sunday dinners don’t have to be complicated. I like to find ways to make dinner but walk away and let it cook itself. In the video below I show you how I make my Crock-pot creamy chicken with oven-roasted dill potatoes. Potatoes are probably my favorite starch because they are so versatile. This meal could go well with any green veggie you chose.
I made this video a little different than my normal – less talking and “calm” music. I am thinking about making this a series on my channel, so far I have gotten positive feedback 🙂
Crock-pot Creamy Chicken and Oven-Roasted Dill Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless chicken I used thighs
- 1 can 10 oz cream of chicken soup
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 1 oz butter
- 1/2 cup onion
- 3 cups chopped potatoes
- 1/2 tablespoon dill
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 tablespoon onion powder
- 1/2 tablespoon sea salt
