I’ve still been testing out the Instant Pot blender. I like it so far. The almond milk function was my main reason for the purchase, but if there are other functions built-in might as well learn to use them. Recently I tested the soup function on this blender. My favorite soup is broccoli cheddar. I checked the internet for a recipe but couldn’t find one, so I winged it.
It came out delicious.
In the video below I show you my experience with the soup function on the Instant Pot Ace blender. There were a few surprises, but I did enjoy using this and will be using this for soup again. - 12 oz broccoli
- 1 1/2 cup veggie broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup onion
- 1 cup carrots
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic
- 1 cup cheese
- *Salt to taste*
