Snooping around the internet like always I came across making popcorn in the Instant Pot. I am an air popper lady, always have been. Popcorn comes out perfect every time and I can season as much as I want. When I saw you could make popcorn in the Instant Pot it interested me. Could I get rid of my air popper? I already got rid of my rice cooker….I needed to see this for myself. A lot of the recipes used coconut oil and butter but I don’t really care for coconut oil. After a bit of research, almond oil works. You really just need an oil that can handle high heat. Check out the video below to see what happened when I tried out making popcorn.
