My favorite microwave meal is Stouffer’s Vegetable Lasagna. But, I don’t really like to buy microwave food unless I really have to. One of my goals in 2019 was to stay away from processed foods as much as possible – which got me thinking, that I could probably make my favorite microwave meal myself.
